Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. He gained fame due to his roles on Road Trip he has since played in more than 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow as well as The Core. He has also appeared in over 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls has been diagnosed at 14 years old with Hodgkin lymphoma, is an extremely tough fighter. The cancer had gone into remission after two years. But, earlier treatment had a severe impact on his health and stunted growth. Once he started acting financially secure, it was his goal because his experience with poverty had been a part of his early years. He stated, "I've been living so frugal for so many years that I'm in need of money security or else the world is going to feel chaotic and that's not good for me." The man also thinks back on his childhood and hopes to take action on the issue of the bullying. His experience of being a victim is heartbreaking for him. DJ's ideal role is to play a father figure in reel and in real life. However, he admits that "Directors do not cast me in the roles I'm in." He'd like to have a kid in order to be able to dedicate less time on his career and more time to his child.
